How to live longer: The supplement that could be used in anti-ageing therapy – study

Supplements come in all different shapes of sizes and have all manner of purposes, from increasing levels of certain vitamins to strengthening bone mass. However, a new study suggests one supplement could help someone live longer by slowing the rate at which they age. According to a study published in the journal Nutrition, supplementation with the amino acid taurine could fight ageing. Tiny Amazon fish spotted in a single stream could go extinct just after being found
